In most cases, we are able to discern between the HOA vs. Home-owner responsibility questions and problems that typically arise doing this scope of repair. Upon request, a Supervisor and or Owner is able to attend any board meeting with ample notification and at no cost to the HOA. We respond 24/7, 365 days a year.
